This review is more for zappos than these shoes – I bought these heels in green as well as a couple other sandals and was disappointed to receive the heels in the wrong color when my order arrived. I reached out to zappos and was told that they could send me the correct pair, but if I returned that pair I would only get store credit and not my money back. I decided to cut my losses and return the wrong color ones rather than getting the color I had originally purchased because I didn’t want to lose return eligibility in case I didn’t like the green color. After waiting almost 3 weeks for the refund, I was even more disappointed to find out that zappos refunded me the cheapest pair of shoes from my initial order instead of the cost of these shoes (a $220+ difference!) Customer service said that I must have labeled my box wrong, which is impossible because I opted for the QR code return and did not print any label myself – and the QR code webpage shows the correct return pair. Ultimately, they were able to fix their mistake but informed me it will be another 10 days until I get my refund (will see if any other issues arise). This has been one of the worst online ordering experiences and I have wasted so much time talking to their customer service reps. Not only did they send the wrong pair of shoes, but they refunded the wrong pair as well and never apologized for their mistakes or the inconvenience. I would not recommend buying shoes from here- it seems like their distribution centers are incredibly unorganized and don’t have proper quality and accuracy checks in place.
