Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your My Edge Style purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, earrings and belts are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Style Advisors

Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Processing

  • Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your exchange is dispatched
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
