Please Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings and belts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. - Package Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside. - Ship Your Return

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Processing
- Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your exchange is dispatched
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund
